                                                  Thank You!

I wanted to start the new year off by telling you thank you so much for the class gift at Christmas time. I loved the Christmas signs and found places in my house for both of them. The Thirty-One bag has become my bags of all bags and I have filled it and used it many times over the holidays. I used the gift card to target to purchase some much needed tupperware.  I put the smores plug-in in the classroom and we love it! Thank you so much!

                                                           Report Cards

I have started to do my assessing for report cards. Please keep in mind that your child needs to know their address, phone number and birthday. If they know these be semester I will mark them on their report card. If they do not know them at this time that is alright but it is very important that they know them by the end of the year. The same goes for  zipping, buttoning and being able to tie shoes  Thanks for your help with this.

                                                        Looking Ahead

Jan. 17th  and Jan. 23rd Right to Life Shirt Day.
Jan. 27th Out of Uniform Day
Jan. 29th Catholic Schools Week begins

Day 100!
Believe it or not we have been in school for almost 100 days. Start to think of a collection of 100 items that your child could bring to school. We will celebrate on January 26th (hopefully we will not have a lot of snow days between now and then.)I will keep you posted if the date changes. Your child may bring in their collection whenever they have it ready. In the past we have set up our collections in the gym and invite the classes and parents, if they choose, to view our collections. Be creative!
